This is a formal letter signed by the toxicologist with their opinion of a specific case with reference to cited case(s), reference material, and customer-provided case documentation (for example: police report, arrest sheets, video, body cam recording, etc.).

Experienced lab staff prepare specific case documents and internal case data in a packet that can be emailed, faxed or mailed to the requester. Case file documentation may include chain of custody, evidence envelopes, photos, instrument data, CV of toxicologists and analysists, laboratory accreditation and other information.
Our qualified and experienced toxicologists will perform case analysis and review lab data documents to prepare for a court appearance. Our expert witness testimony can include, but is not limited to, the following:
Ascertain Forensics standard specimen storage is one year from the date of our final toxicology result report. We do offer longer storage terms on executed contracts or with a written pre-approved request. Fees may apply. We also provide split send outs and returns by the request of our client or by subpoena.
Specimen handling, specimen inspection, inspect to confirm unadulterated and intact, record receipt of specimen processing includes the aliquoting, recording of the facts of the specimen and confirming matrices of the specimen
Specimens, standard or extended, are stored in appropriate conditions based on stability studies performed on drugs analyzed in controlled conditions
